  • Introduction to Polish and local history and culinary traditions
  • Duration time: 3-4 hours

Presentation and degustation of local food products

  • Hands on preparation of Polish and local cuisine, both classic and modern,
  • Consumption table for 18 people

Participants are provided with:

  • Individual working stations and cookware: aprons for use during workshops
  • High-quality ingredients for meal preparation: cleaning services during cooking and eating time
